Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are generally not accepted, but where they are we do not charge until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We use new packaging and make every effort to ensure that your items are received in good condition, in a timely manner.

Our Postage and packaging (P&P) charges are just that - they cover the packaging materials, the time taken to pack and address your items and the postage or other courier charge to your delivery address.

We aim to keep P&P charges down to what is necessary and will always combine postage where possible / feasible.
Delivery Schedule We despatch your order on receipt of payment. This is normally the same (or next) business day when payment is by PayPal, or on clearance of funds in our bank account when payment is by any other means.

We aim to dispatch all orders received and paid for by 3:00pm (15:00hrs) the same day.
Paid for orders received after this time or on a non-working day will be processed the next working day.
Back Orders Due to the changing nature of our stock we do not accept back orders. If your item is not in stock, we will endeavour to meet your requirements or offer an alternative product. You will always be emailed before despatch of any alternative, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges The Mesh Company (Warrington) Ltd is not registered for VAT.
No VAT is chargeable on quoted prices, either inside or outside the UK.
Credit Card Security Credit card details are handled via our preferred partner payment service, PayPal.
PayPal employ high levels of security and encryption to protect your personal information, including your card details.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card details are not seen by anyone at The Mesh Company. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

We accept returns, but please contact us for a returns reference before posting your returned items.
Please also state clearly your reason for returning our product.
Where we have issued a returns reference, we will meet the return postage cost. Items returned without a reference will not be refunded, nor return postage costs covered.
Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
