Vaping Mesh

We have been asked to add this specification to our website due to its popularity for vaping.

It is an extremely common mesh spec. We carry hundreds of metres in stock at any one time.

This mesh is manufactured to the highest quality possible.

This mesh is extremely fine and soft to the touch. It has the feel of silk, but it is 100% stainless steel. It's amazing!!

Please contact us if you wish to know more about this product.

Metal Grade

316 is the stainless steel grade of choice for the food and marine industries.

SS316 is a molybdenum bearing grade, and as such it offers better corrosion resistance.

It has a slightly higher resistance to heat than the industry standard 304 grade.

SS316 can be used for many applications. It is often found in food preparatory equipment, boat fittings, laboratory benches, coastal architectural panels and railings.

Composition - C 0.08, Mn 2.0, Si 0.75, P 0.045, S 0.030, Cr 18.0, M 3.0, Ni 14, N 0.10

SS304 also has outstanding forming and welding characteristics.

Plain Weave

Plain weave woven wire cloth is used for the majority of wire cloth woven by The Mesh Company. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below every weft wire and vice versa.

Warp and weft wires are normally of the same diameter.

Plain weaves are used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.
